1901 home in Fernwood
This early 1900 Fernwood home with original century old Fir floors was in need of a refresh. The traditional floors were showing their age through their deep, rich Amber colour.
By using a Nordic sealer followed by Waterbase finish, our crew were able to create a fresh, airy Fir floor which acts a neutral base for the character details such as the emerald and brick fireplaces and craftsman doors and built-ins, tying together a lovely blend of fabulous Fernwood style and stunning preserved history.
