1889 conversion in Rockland

The Laurels, formerly known as Langham Court, was one of the first heritage buildings we ever worked on.  On Rockland Ave, and originally used as a boarding school in the early 1900's, it’s now an apartment block that stylishly combines the classical and the modern.

In keeping with this, we worked to restore the century old Fir floors that now make up a number of the units in this wonderful building.
